Welcome to the Approved Sellers portal

If you have recently become a New Energy Tech Approved Seller, congratulations! The Approved Seller portal will help you manage your account, download your Approved Seller certificate and access marketing materials and important documents. Find out more about how to use the portal here.

Here are some key things you should do first.

  1. Check all your business and profile details are correct. Your business details will automatically carry through to our Approved Seller search tool for consumers so it's especially important to check your address, contact details and the services you offer are correct.
  2. Download your Approved Seller certificate and logo and inform your customers. Show your customers your business is an official Signatory to the NETCC with the Approved Seller certificate and logo. Replace any mentions of the Approved Solar Retailer program on your marketing and communications materials with the New Energy Tech Approved Seller logo and name and share a post or email to let your customers know of the change. You'll find materials to help you do that in the portal.
  3. Make sure your business is NETCC-compliant. View our resources to help your business adapt to the requirements of the new Code. We understand that it may take time for some businesses to meet the NETCC's requirements and will be supporting retailers to make the necessary updates for the first six months of the program, up to 1 August 2023
